 Summa Lovin': What I love about Summer and other ramblings

Happy Summer everyone! I can't actually believe it's already mid-July and that makes me extremely sad guys. Well, so far my Summer has been amazing and I am looking forward to the rest of it, especially since I'm going to NYC in four weeks. Since it's already the middle of Summer, I wanted to share some things I'm loving (and wearing) on these sunny days. Thanks for reading and my blog is almost to 1,000 views!

                                                          1. Random Adventures
                                                             

 

Okay, so this trip to my grandparents wasn't random at all, but I still considered it to be an adventure. The small golfing community of Pinehurst, NC is rather beautiful. I'm not just talking about the country clubs either, my grandparents backyard and this sweater was rather a sight. I love going anywhere, with my family or my friends. Below is a photo of me riding my beloved mint green cruiser bike through some random park. My friend Josie and I go on bike trips a lot and that's a trip in itself. Wow I must really like black and white photos, sorry not sorry.

 

 

2. Colorful Prints/Solids

 

 

Even though I love myself some good neutrals, (NAVY) I am a bright colors girl at heart. I love to wear really bright florals and bright basically anything. These two Loft shirts above are some of my recent favorites and I love them dearly. I also love my new Lilly Pulitzer tank, with a very unique mermaid print on it. Hey, it even makes a great swimsuit cover up.

 

 

3. Time spent with great friends/family

 

 

This picture was taken with my family on the Fourth of July and I absolutely adore it. I always love a good sparkler and especially with my family. I also love my time equally spent with my awesome friends and I wouldn't trade them for the world.(peep the polka dot dress.)

 

 

 

4. Pink makeup and Gold jewelry

 

 

Here was me trying to be cool and take a picture of my arm candy,I hoped it worked. My Alex and Ani New York bracelet fits me pretty well and I also love my bracelet my grandma gave me. That ring up there also is a friendship ring, so this picture is two things I like in one. Oh and there's also that Michael Kors watch in there too, which hey is pretty amazing too. Lately, I have also been loving my stash of pink lipstick and my pretty Lancôme blush. They just really make my face look all Summery and stuff.

 

 

 

 

 5. Totebags and fun shorts

 

 

My friend and I decided we would be fabulous and took pictures of our matching Longchamp bags. I have to say, the picture we took definitely looks like it's from a preppy Tumblr page..well in my head. I also love my J.Crew sailboat Chino shorts and my Lilly for Target white shorts. I'm so glad I got something from that line, so shout out to the person that returned them.

 

 

6. Theatre Camp and Pool days

 

 

Theatre camp is one of my favorite parts of the Summer and I've been doing camp for seven years. I chose this one of me playing Miss Adelaide from Guys and Dolls Jr.last year, because I'm screaming at someone and I look mega crazy. Guess it fits so..anyway I also really like going to the pool too. I mean I suppose everyone does but still. I got this cool picture of me after I jumped in the water, it's cool...right?

 

 

 

I think that's it and I'm probably forgetting something but hey, oh well. I really want to thank you for reading my blog, it means a lot to me. I hope everyone has an awesome Summer and I can't wait to share more with you later. I will definitely post about my trip to NYC for my 16th birthday and I can't wait to share it with you.
