I am Amelia and I just started this blog,because I have wanted to do something other than posting on Instagram and Tumblr! I am 15 and go to an arts school for musical theatre, which is what I plan to do when I grow up, although fashion is a big part of my life. I guess you could say it is more of a hobby, that I wish I could do more of! I am sick and tired of all these blogs and youtube channels posting the same stuff and I wanted to make something that was different. Even if I do not get many readers, I am really just doing this for myself for fun. I hope you enjoy what I put on here and I hope my ideas are somewhat interesting....if not sorry yo.


        My style is mix of many and I do not consider myself to fit into one category, I like aspects and pieces of all styles. Even though I am predominately, "preppy", I do not fall into the mainstream Lilly, Vineyard Vines, and all that jazz. I merely sometimes mix in occasion prep brands with other looks, ( I do own Hunter Boots and monogramed things so,) but I think falling into one style category is boring and conventional. My favorite store is Ann Taylor Loft and I enjoy anything Vintage or inspired by classic trends. I don't believe that brand names are style and that expensive things define if you have style or not. I LOVE thrift and Antique stores, because you can find so many interesting pieces and things, all with a story. Now about my love for NYC, this started when I was little and I went to NYC for the first time. I absolutely fell in love with it and made a vow to someday make my home there, therefore I am quite obsessed. The title of my blog is what style I strive for, classy and inspired by New York street style. The blog name came to me from my love of polka dots, I adore them and wear them at least once a week.
